Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change. Here's exactly how cancellations and rescheduling work at Tubsly.

More than 72 hours before delivery

Full refund.Cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery time and you'll receive a complete refund to your original payment method.

Within 72 hours of delivery

No refund, but rescheduling is available within 60 days subject to availability. Contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed and we'll do our best to find a new date that works.

Cancellations by Tubsly

If we have to cancel for any reason — weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances on our end — you'll receive a full refund or, at your choice, rescheduling at no additional cost.
