Information we collect

• Contact & booking details you provide: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any notes you add to a booking or message.
• Waitlist details: your email address and, optionally, how you heard about us.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe and Venmo payments through Venmo. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the site, collected via Google Analytics (for example pages viewed and approximate location).

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill bookings, calculate delivery distance and fees, send booking confirmations and reminders, respond to your messages, notify waitlist subscribers when bookings open, and improve our site and service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with the providers needed to run Tubsly:

• Stripe and Venmo — payment processing
• Resend — sending booking and waitlist emails
• Google Maps Platform — address lookup and delivery-distance calculation
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics
• Supabase and Vercel — database hosting and website hosting

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: an essential cookie to keep administrators signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

Data retention & your choices

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any waitlist email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email hello@tubsly.com.
