Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of tubsly.com and our hot tub rental service. By booking a rental, you agree to these terms along with the rental agreement you sign at delivery.
Our service
Tubsly rents portable hot tubs in Southeast Michigan, including delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area. Availability, pricing, rental durations, and delivery range are shown during booking and may change over time.
Booking & payment
When you book, we calculate your total — package price, any add-ons, and a delivery fee based on distance — and collect payment to reserve your dates. Card payments are handled by Stripe. If you choose Venmo, your dates are held until the stated deadline (the next 10:00 PM ET cutoff); if payment isn't received by then, the reservation is released and you'll need to rebook.
Rental agreement & safety
A signed rental agreement and liability release is required at delivery, and an adult resident of the delivery address must sign it. You can review the rental agreement before you book. You are responsible for providing safe access, a suitable level setup location, and the required power and water hookups described before delivery.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy: a full refund more than 72 hours before delivery, and rescheduling within 60 days (subject to availability) for cancellations inside 72 hours.
Limitation of liability & governing law
Use of a hot tub carries inherent risks, which are addressed in the rental agreement and liability release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tubsly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the equipment or our website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
